Below is an update on the construction progress for June 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the installation of the roof and mechanical systems in Building C, the commencement of construction for the north half of Level Three in Building B, the completion of excavation and progress of foundation work for the south end of Building B, and the initiation of construction for the west half of Level Three in Building A.

Above: With most of the concrete work now complete and the building at full height, crews have been working on the installation of the roof for Penthouse C801. For the building units, interior framing and installation of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems continue. June 30, 2025.
Above: The Building B south elevator core continues to rise and will extend to Level Seven. Below, excavation has been completed, and installation of the foundation under the ’04 stack has begun. The black tarps shown are for waterproofing on top of the concrete base slab, in preparation for the massive steel rebar grid that will be placed before pouring the 3-foot-deep concrete slab foundation. June 30, 2025.
