An update on the construction progress achieved in September 2026 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort.
Building C is furthest along, with finishes being installed, including wood flooring, wood ceilings, bathroom tile, cabinets, countertops, shower door glass, and even some light fixtures. The lower floors are the furthest along, with upper floors still completing drywall and preparing for finishes.
Building B has made great progress lately, with most HVAC, plumbing, and electrical lines complete. The main focus now is installing windows, and drywall and insulation for the interior walls. Once windows are in, they can install the HVAC registers, place the ceiling grids, and complete the drywall soon after. Additionally, on the exterior, the sheathing has been waterproofed, metal brackets are in place, and they will soon begin installation of exterior insulation and siding.
The Building A Penthouse roof concrete was recently poured and is ready for waterproofing. Most of the units’ framing is now complete, and the team is installing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical lines. Crews are also working on exterior sheeting and waterproofing.
