An update on the construction progress achieved in May 2026 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the substantial completion of the steel rooftop framing for the Level Seven Penthouse units in Building B, the construction of Level Five at the east end of Building A, the continuation of utility lines and mechanical systems in Buildings A and B, and the start of interior finishes in Building C.
