An update on the construction progress achieved in October 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the installation of concrete walls and ceiling in the subterranean Bowling Level at the east end of Building A, the pouring of concrete at Level Seven of the north end of Building B, PT cable installation for the southern half of Level Two in Building B, and the continuation of utilities and drywall in Building C.
