An update on the construction progress for August 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include waterproofing the base foundation at the east end of Building A, completion of PT cables at Level Five of the west end of Building A, concrete pour for the northern half of Level Five in Building B, and installation of steel-framed decks and exterior wallboard for Building C.
