An update on the construction progress achieved in December 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the construction of Level One to cap the Garage Level at the east end of Building A, the pouring of the last remaining concrete columns and walls at the Garage Level below the lobby connection, the start of Level Five at the south end of Building B, and the continuation of utilities, fireplaces, and drywall in the fully wrapped Building C.
