Below is an update on the construction progress achieved in November 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the start of the shoring deck to cap the Garage Level at the east end of Building A, the pouring of concrete columns and walls at the Garage Level connecting Buildings A and B, the start of Level Four at the south end of Building B, and the continuation of utilities, fireplaces, and drywall in the fully wrapped Building C.
