Below is an update on the construction progress for August 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include waterproofing the base foundation at the east end of Building A, completion of PT cables at Level Five of the west end of Building A, concrete pour for the northern half of Level Five in Building B, and installation of steel-framed decks and exterior wallboard for Building C.

Above: Looking over the sheet pile retaining wall down to the crews working on waterproofing the base concrete foundation slab. Next steps will be the installation of the massive rebar grid assembly for the 3-foot-plus-thick concrete foundation at the eastern end of Building A. August 27, 2025.
Above: At Building C, most of the steel-framed decks have been installed on the southern side of the building. Additionally, the exterior framing is complete, and crews are installing the exterior wallboard in advance of window installation. August 29, 2025.
Above: Sun shade details are being completed at the rooftop of the Penthouse unit of Building C. Lower levels have been wrapped in plastic as crews are starting work on drywall. August 29, 2025.
Above: Building B will soon be wrapped on all four sides with temporary scaffolding, allowing crews to continue the installation of exterior wallboard, and soon, windows, insulation, and siding. August 29, 2025.

At Building A, they are wrapping up PT cable installation at Level Five and waterproofing the base concrete slab at the Bowling Level.
