Below is an update on the construction progress for the end of March 2025 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the completion of Level Six and the construction of Level Seven for Building C. At Building A, crews have completed the garage walls and have begun the construction of the first half of Level One at Building A (restaurant level). With the walls complete and waterproofed, they can wrap up the back-filling of gravel around Building A. At Building B, they have capped the second Garage Level and are working on the structural rebar for Level One (the aprés-ski lounge level).

Above: At the west end of Building A, crews have completed the concrete walls of the Garage Level. The walls have been waterproofed, and the areas surrounding the walls are being backfilled with gravel. Crews have started work on the ceiling of the garage, which is the floor of the restaurant. Also, the elevator and stairwell concrete walls are being formed. They will quickly take this feature up to Level Five, well ahead of the construction of each floorplate. March 31, 2025.
