Below is an update on the construction progress achieved in June 2026 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include nearing completion of the last remaining PT-concrete level in the project (Level Six in Building A), the construction of Level Seven penthouse roofs on Building B, the continuation of exterior wallboard, utility lines and mechanical systems in Buildings A and B, and the start of floors, ceilings, bathroom tile, and cabinets in Building C.
