Below is an update on the construction progress achieved in April 2026 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the start of the steel rooftop framing for the Level Seven Penthouse units of Building B, the start of Level Four at the east end of Building A, and the continuation of utility lines, mechanicals, fireplaces, drywall, insulation, windows, and exterior siding in the fully wrapped Building C.
