Below is an update on the construction progress achieved in March 2026 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include topping out of concrete at Level Seven of Building B, the start of Level Three at the east end of Building A, and the continuation of utility lines, mechanicals, fireplaces, drywall, insulation, and windows in the fully wrapped Building C.

Above: Crews wrapping up the final concrete pour at the southern half of Level Seven in Building B. This is the location of Penthouse B703. A major milestone for the project, this is the building’s final concrete floor. March 18, 2026.
