Below is an update on the construction progress achieved in July 2026 at Sommét Blanc in Empire Pass at Deer Valley® Resort. Milestones include the completion of the last remaining PT-concrete level in the project (Level Six in Building A), the construction of the penthouse roofs on Buildings A and B, the continuation of exterior wallboard, framing, utility lines, and mechanical systems in Building A, continuation of exterior waterproofing and window installation in Building B, and continuation of wood flooring, wood ceilings, bathroom tile, and cabinets in Building C.
