Many factors separate exemplary ski properties from the rest. Sommét Blanc has a major advantage in that it fronts the Ruby Express chairlift near the summit of Empire Pass. This location allows for easy, short laps on Bandana and Lucky Jack - family favorite ski runs. For new skiers, and especially younger children, this provides an option to lap easy runs from a single chairlift. If the kids get tired quickly or want a hot cocoa break, you are close by and can easily glide right back into the lodge. Another benefit for the kids, the popular Ruby’s Trail kid zone is right out your door.

For seasoned skiers, the Empire Express chairlift boasts unrivaled bottomless powder fields and rolling groomers. Looking for an additional challenge? Ski down to Lady Morgan for first tracks in the steep and deep before the day skiers find their way to this far end of the resort.

Unique to the location of Sommét Blanc, the property is nestled at the base of a peaceful, beautiful mountain backdrop, with views of ski runs, mountain peaks and snow capped trees. This natural setting and sense of space, offers a peaceful and relaxing environment - a different feel from other more densely occupied mountain village locations.

Sommét Blanc provides owners and guests immediate access to the best location on the mountain. There is no public skier parking in Empire Pass. Resort skiers must travel from Silver Lake Village or Snow Park Lodge to access the slopes in Empire Pass. Working up from the bottom of the resort, day skiers arrive after the residents of Empire Pass have enjoyed first tracks. In the afternoon, the resort skiers must leave Empire Pass early to work their way back to public parking at the base of the resort. The sought after location of Sommét Blanc affords our residents an advantage in accessing new snow and favored terrain. 

Sommét Blanc is conveniently located within a short drive from Park City's Historic Main Street. This vibrant street teems with beautiful art galleries, charming boutiques, acclaimed restaurants, and lively nightlife. Stroll through the delightful Park City Museum or experience the historic Egyptian Theater. The Empire Pass dial-a-ride shuttle service delivers guests to and from Main Street attractions, eliminating the need to drive in snowy conditions and searching for elusive parking.
